Additional Information: This is an automated, high performance floor cleaning machine. It is three to four times faster than mopping and removes soils completely from the floor surface. It is ideal for high speed cleaning of hard surface areas, including hallways, entranceways, cafeterias, lobbies, warehouses, fitness areas and more. The unit is easy to maintain and repair and is simple to learn to use. Along with cleaning floors, this machine can also strip and finish floors, pick up salt, clean restrooms, remove dirt and grease, etc. It can go up and down stairs and fits inside of a small car. Features include:

  • - industrial-strength vacuum motor
  • - microfiber pad and frame for evenly spreading cleaning solution
  • - 28 inch drop down squeegee head to remove soils and solution
  • - 10 gal. vacuum tank for collecting and containing soils and dirty solution
  • - 10 gal. solution tank
  • - easy flushing dump hose for draining the vacuum tank contents
  • - handle with posts for hanging, storage and wrapping
  • - sight tube for gauging the level of solution
  • - lift strap to allow the operator to raise and lower the spreader pad and squeegee head with one hand
  • - no-drip storage tray
