Business Development Manager
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager (BDM) is to hunt, prospect and close new business by networking, cold calling, telemarketing or gaining referrals/testimonials. The BDM is responsible for presenting solutions for customer and prospect challenges as well as being a consultative seller. The BDM is responsible for retaining and growing existing clients as well as closing new business while meeting or exceeding assigned goals and objectives.
Inside Sales Account Manager
The Inside Sales Account Manager sustains and nurtures solid relationships with key clients that generate income for Baumann Paper. The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for maintaining the company’s existing relationships with a client or group of clients while adding new customers, so that they will continue to buy and grow with Baumann Paper Company as their vendor of choice. The Inside Sales Account Manager utilizes Baumann Paper resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve key clients’ long-term goals. They serve to understand each customer’s demands, plan how to meet these demands, and generate growth sales for the company from those existing clients. New accounts in the verticals served will be a major focus to success.
Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for the management of sales and relationships with a set of key clients in an assigned region, territory, channel or category. The KAM is responsible for maintaining the company's existing relationships with a client or group of clients, so that they will continue to buy and grow with Baumann Paper Company as the vendor of choice. The KAM is responsible for creating a long-term relationship with the portfolio of assigned clients. The KAM serves to understand each customer's demands, plan how to meet these demands, and generate growth sales for the company at those existing clients. Additionally, the KAM is to hunt, prospect and close new business by networking, cold calling, telemarketing or gaining referrals/testimonials in an assigned region or territory. The KAM is responsible for presenting solutions for customer and prospect challenges as well as being a consultative seller. The KAM is also responsible for coaching and mentoring Business Development Managers while meeting or exceeding assigned goals and objectives.
Sales Representative
We are looking for an outgoing, personable individual to join our company in the area of outside sales. You will be expected to learn our diverse product lines and become familiar with training techniques on products. Product areas include cleaning chemicals, cleaning supplies, foodservice disposables, and packaging. Our customers include school systems, hospitals, restaurants, professional offices, and other local businesses.
