Baumann Delivery: We offer free delivery on our trucks when your order meets our minimum order requirements. We deliver throughout Kentucky as well as parts of Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia.

Fedex: Baumann partners with FedEx to provide delivery across the United States. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

All orders for pickup, must be placed in advance.

Orders placed before 10:00 am will be available same-day after 3:00 pm.
Orders placed after 10:00 am will be available next business day.

Pickup Hours:
Monday through Friday:
8:30 am to 10:00 am EST
3:30 pm to 4:30 pm EST

Payment: cash is no longer accepted for pickup orders.

Our standard minimum order is $200.00. A fee of $20 will be assessed for orders under this minimum.

Commonwealth of Kentucky customers and certain Group Purchasing customers do not have a minimum order

Next Day Delivery: Place your order by 3:00 PM EST the business day before your delivery day

Same Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM EST for same day delivery (available in the greater Lexington area)

Damaged / Defective Items:
Products damaged in transit, in defective condition, or shipped in error may be returned; however, notice must be given to Baumann upon delivery or as soon as reasonably discovered, but no later than 90 days from delivery.

Return Policy:
Products must be in resellable condition with inner packaging unopened. Return requests must be made within 30 days or will be subject to the following restocking fees:

• Before 30 days: no fee
• After 30 days: 25%
• After 45 days: 40%
• No returns after 60 days

Items that Cannot Be Returned:
Custom print, special order items, items marked as Final Sale, and damaged items sold at a discount cannot be returned.

Product must be ready for pickup when our driver arrives. Only two attempts will be made by Baumann to pickup a return. Customers can return product at their own expense after the second attempt.
