The best way to place an order is to call us. Our business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.

Online Ordering: Online ordering is available to existing customers on a select basis. Online ordering will be available to the public in the future, estimated for the Summer of 2012.

You can also stop by our office to place your order and/or to pick it up. We are located between Leestown and Georgetown roads outside New Circle Road in Lexington, Kentucky.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept? top
We currently accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Insufficient funds checks will incur a $50.00 service charge.
What Is Your Delivery Policy? top
All orders delivered on our trucks are subject to the Shipping Charge in addition to any fees listed below.
Lexington, Kentucky: Orders received by 11:00 AM EST will be processed and delivered the next working day. Any order less than $50.00 will incur a $5.00 minimum order fee*.
Bourbon, Clark, Jessamine, Madison, Scott, and Woodford Counties within Kentucky: Orders received by 4:00 PM EST on the day before a scheduled delivery day will ship on that delivery day. Orders less than $75.00 will incur a $7.50 minimum order fee*.
All other Counties within Kentucky Orders received by 4:00 PM EST the day before a scheduled delivery day will ship on that delivery day. Orders less than $100.00 will incur a $10.00 minimum order fee*.
Orders are "received" when we confirm receipt of your order.
* Exceptions will exist for back orders, replacement orders and for wrong shipments caused on our part. For rush deliveries not on our trucks, the orders may be shipped FedEx or common carrier. Freight will be added onto the total for these shipments. Fees and minimums are subject to change without notice.
What Is Your Return Policy? top
Goods will be taken back if they are in full cases and in resale condition. Goods returned after 45 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Goods returned after 75 days will be charged a 39% restocking fee. We do not accept the return of goods after 105 days. Merchandise shipped as a substitute and rejected may be returned without a restocking fee if the customer has notified us of the error within a reasonable period of time.
What If My Items are Damaged or Shorted? top
If goods are damaged, shorted, or incorrect, please note it on the invoice at the time of delivery. Failure to give us notice will result in your responsibility for full payment of the items.
What Is the Shipping Charge? top
A shipping charged will be charged according to the table below if we are delivering the merchandise on one of our trucks. The charge is indexed to the diesel price of the 'Midwest Region' from the website: http://tonto.eia.doe.gov/oog/info/gdu/gasdiesel.asp
