Additional Information: These wine to-go bags are made from strong 2.5 mil linear low density polyethylene with metallocene to add strength. They are strong enough to hold full standard 750ml wine bottles without breaking. They have a 3.5 inch bottom gusset to more easily hold the bottle and feature die cut handles for easy carrying. A peel strip inside the bag securely seals unfinished and corked wine bottles once unpeeled; after sealing, the bag can only be opened by tearing the perforated area, revealing any tampering. These bags allow restaurant patrons to take home unfinished bottles of wine purchased during their meal. They are an ideal value-added item for restaurants to provide to their customers and can both increase wine bottle sales and may help reduce the temptation for customers to overindulge.

Some states and local jurisdictions allow opened bottles of wine to be legally carried in a car as long as the wine is contained in a bag of this type, including: AL, AK, CO, CT, Washington DC, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, KY, ME, MA, MS, MO, NE, NH, NM, NY, ND, OH, RI, VT, WA, WV, WY.
