Additional Information: This is a peroxyacetic acid-based sanitizer and disinfectant. It is designed for use on previously cleaned, hard, non-porous food contact surfaces in food and beverage plants, egg facilities, and eating establishments. It can also be used as a fruit and vegetable water treatment. This sanitizer has demonstrated greater than 99.999% reduction of organisms after 60 seconds and is effective against Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella enterica, and Escherichia coli. One 4.81 gallon pail.
