Additional Information: These are clear polycarbonate food pan lids, resistant to staining, breaking, and chipping. They are also resistant food acids and oils. They are designed to work with all major food pan brands and meet specifications for use in food bars and prep tables. These pan lids also feature a built in peg hole for easy storage. They are designed for low to mid temperature applications (-40°F to 212°F) and are ideal for use in chilled/frozen storage and non high temperature holding applications. They may be considered dishwasher safe, but this is dependent upon the temperature and location in the dishwasher. 6 lids.
