Additional Information: This is a liquid de-icer with sprayer. The all-purpose sprayer is easy-to-use and suitable for all seasons. It is battery powered and requires no pumping, priming, or waiting, just depress the rubberized rocker switch to the on position and start applying. The nozzle adjusts from a solid stream for spot deicing to a fine mist to treat larger areas. An extendable wand telescopes down and stores in a side holder. The sprayer has a tank volume of 1 gallon. It operates on 4 D batteries (not included) for a quick, practical way to treat surfaces.


The water-soluble liquid de-icer melts snow and ice faster and at a lower temperature than salts and helps prevent snow and ice accumulation. It is effective to 20 below zero and is suitable for driveways, walkways, decks, porches, etc. It can be applied before, during, or after snowfall to reduce the amount of snow that accumulates by 2-3 inches and create a non-stick surface against ice and snow bonding for up to 10 days. Made from liquid magnesium chloride with a corn based corrosion inhibitor, this product is non-staining, virtually non-corrosive, and safe for all surfaces. It is environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and is safe for people, plants, pets, and livestock. This product does not have a shelf life, so unused product can be saved and used later. One gallon provides ground coverage equal to 50 lbs of salts or pellets.
