Additional Information: These pan lids are designed for high heat applications such as food wells, holding ovens, and microwaves, and can withstand temperatures from -40°F to 375°F. They have a cut out notch that allows the lid to close with a spoon inside for convenient serving. These lids are also hinged and attach to a food pan rim with a snap-on base. These lids fit all 1/2 size StorPlus™ high heat food pans. This product is microwave safe, dishwasher safe, and is NSF listed.
