Description: StorPlus™ High Heat Handled Notched Universal Food Pan Lids, 1/6 Size. 6.88 X 6.31 X 0.88 in. Amber. 6 each/case.
Additional Information: These pan lids are designed for high heat applications such as food wells, holding ovens, and microwaves, and can withstand temperatures from -40°F to 375°F. The pan lids rest on the pan rim to limit air exposure to food and they each have a sturdily molded handle to easily lift and remove the lid from the pan. A notched cut-out in the lid allows a spoon to rest inside the pan while the lid is attached. These lids fit all major food pan brands. This product is microwave safe and dishwasher safe. It is also NSF listed as N10511U.
