Additional Information: These are 27# heavyweight silicone release treated Yellow Label Bak-O-Matic® bakery pan liners, used for lining baking pans so that baked goods release without sticking. They are ideal for sticky, sugary foods and high temperature cooking up to 500 degrees. They can be reused, lowering cost per bake and resulting in less waste. They are sized to fit commercial baking pans. Each liner contains approximately 89% compostable cellulose fiber by weight. 1000 liners per box.
